125 Wagon Mesa Loop

A very pretty view 1.7 acre nicely forested, very buildable parcel, with electric and phone onsite, in a beautiful area of the development with pretty views of Mount Mestas from the just right building site. When I took these pictures a couple weeks ago there were deer tracks criss crossed all over the parcel and a small herd of deer on the parcel next door. From the more middle of the 125 Wagon Mesa Loop parcel there are very pretty views out over Mount Mestas and the surrounding closer mountains and meadows. This parcel is only about 1 1/2 miles into the development on a well maintained gravel road. Going N/W down Wagon Mesa will lead you down the the trash dumpster and gate, and going S/E up Wagon Mesa is a pretty drive which ends up back on the main Forbes Park road about by the community center. 125 Wagon Mesa Loop is in really a picture perfect area of the development with scattered very nice log a cedar siding homes; none of which can be seen or heard from this parcel, which is nice with community close, but not to close.

This is in my opinion a very pretty view parcel in a beautiful area on a good road, with electric/ phone/ internet onsite, a gentle slope for ease of use and building for a modest price of $16,500

The 125 Wagon Mesa Loop parcel is truly in a beautiful area of Forbes Park and is nicely forested with a mix of small to large Ponderosa pines, spruce and aspen trees.
